We’re seeking a Project Manager with a software engineering or product management background to lead high impact technical projects. You will collaborate across engineering, research, and product teams to drive delivery of advanced simulation technologies for AV and robotics applications.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:

Manage full lifecycle of technical projects from planning through launch.

Define scope, requirements, timelines, and resource needs.

Track progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of high quality software.
Team & Workflow Coordination:

Coordinate cross functional teams across engineering, product, and research.

Lead agile processes (sprints, standups, retrospectives).

Align team members on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Communication:

Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and leadership.

Facilitate discussions with external clients to define system specs, timelines, and priorities.

Provide clear updates, flag risks, and ensure shared understanding across stakeholders.
Process, Quality & Documentation:

Maintain documentation, dashboards, timelines, and retrospectives.

Identify process improvements and help implement operational best practices.

Ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards and client expectations.

Report sprints and projects objectives to the CEO, CTO and Product Manager.
Required Qualifications
-
3 - 6 years of experience in technical project management, software engineering, or product management.

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Experience managing complex software projects (AI, AV, robotics, or ML projects are a plus).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Comfortable with tools like Jira, GitHub, and Kanban boards.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a strong asset.
Preferred Qualifications

Background or interest in autonomous vehicles, ADAS, AI/ML, or simulation.

Proven ability to work in fast paced, startup environments.
- Experience interacting with external clients and technical stakeholders.
